Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR573 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR573 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MIR573 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR573 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and STAD are the cancer types where MIR573 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
