Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR5701-3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR5701-3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher MIR5701-3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR5701-3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD are the cancer types where MIR5701-3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
