Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR5692B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR5692B expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR5692B is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, MIR5692B RNA expression shows 11,453 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight CESC, THCA, and THYM as cancer lineages where MIR5692B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
