Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR5691 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR5691 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MIR5691 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR5691 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA show a favorable association.

BRCA, UVM, and KICH are the cancer types where MIR5691 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
