The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher MIR557 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR557 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and LUAD are the cancer types where MIR557 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
