Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR548H5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,704 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR548H5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monocarboxylic acid biosynthetic process, Protein localization to plasma membrane, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with MIR548H5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR548H5-to-partner and partner-to-MIR548H5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Monocarboxylic acid biosynthetic process grouped by MIR548H5-low versus MIR548H5-high in ESCA.
