Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR548H2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR548H2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher MIR548H2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR548H2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, UVM, and LGG are the cancer types where MIR548H2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
