Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR548F2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR548F2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MIR548F2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR548F2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
UCS, HNSC, and GBM are the cancer types where MIR548F2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
