Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR548AP RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR548AP data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher MIR548AP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR548AP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

OV, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR548AP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
