Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR548AK RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR548AK data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MIR548AK RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR548AK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, THCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where MIR548AK RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
