MIR520B

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR520B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR520B data layer compared with 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher MIR520B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR520B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where MIR520B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
