Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR519E RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR519E data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MIR519E RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR519E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, KIRC, and OV are the cancer types where MIR519E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
