Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR519C RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR519C data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher MIR519C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR519C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

TGCT, PAAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where MIR519C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
