Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR5195 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR5195 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MIR5195 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR5195 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR5195 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
