Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR513A1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR513A1 data layer compared with 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MIR513A1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR513A1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and OV are the cancer types where MIR513A1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
