Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR501 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR501 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MIR501 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR501 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ACC, KIRP, and GBM are the cancer types where MIR501 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
