MIR5008

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR5008 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,700 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR5008-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, Protein polymerization, and Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with MIR5008 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR5008-to-partner and partner-to-MIR5008 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process grouped by MIR5008-low versus MIR5008-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR5008→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR5008) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
