The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher MIR494 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR494 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and LIHC are the cancer types where MIR494 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
