Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4799 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,210 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4799-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Telencephalon development, and Pallium development. Each is linked with MIR4799 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4799-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4799 results are reported.
