Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4760 RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4760 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MIR4760 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4760 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
BRCA, KIRC, and ESCA are the cancer types where MIR4760 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
