The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MIR4730 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4730 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BRCA show a favorable association.
UCS, KIRC, and BRCA are the cancer types where MIR4730 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
