Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4695 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 493 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4695-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBAP1, FSTL1, and NFXL1. Each is linked with MIR4695 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4695-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4695 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBAP1 grouped by MIR4695-low versus MIR4695-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR4695→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR4695) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
