Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4677 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4677 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MIR4677 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4677 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and CHOL show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where MIR4677 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
