Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4671 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4671 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher MIR4671 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4671 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BRCA show a favorable association.

MESO, STAD, and TGCT are the cancer types where MIR4671 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
