Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4660 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,822 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4660-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA 3'-end processing, RNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation, and Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with MIR4660 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4660-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4660 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, rRNA 3'-end processing grouped by MIR4660-low versus MIR4660-high in ESCA.
