Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4642 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,191 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4642-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Regulation of RNA splicing, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with MIR4642 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4642-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4642 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by MIR4642-low versus MIR4642-high in ESCA.
