Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4639 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,099 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR4639-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, Cellular senescence, and Negative regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with MIR4639 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4639-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4639 results are reported.
