MIR4635

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4635 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4635 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR4635 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4635 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and STAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, THCA, and STAD are the cancer types where MIR4635 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
