Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4502 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,442 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4502-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, and Obsolete histone modification. Each is linked with MIR4502 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4502-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4502 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nucleotide-excision repair grouped by MIR4502-low versus MIR4502-high in ESCA.
