Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4495 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,227 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4495-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of release of cytochrome c from mitochondria, Regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with MIR4495 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4495-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4495 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of release of cytochrome c from mitochondria grouped by MIR4495-low versus MIR4495-high in ESCA.
