Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR448 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR448 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MIR448 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR448 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and STAD are the cancer types where MIR448 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
