Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4462 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4462 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher MIR4462 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4462 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LGG show a favorable association.

OV, LUSC, and BLCA are the cancer types where MIR4462 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
