MIR4449

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4449 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,486 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR4449-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA thio-modification, Peptidyl-lysine monomethylation, and Protein insertion into ER membrane by stop-transfer membrane-anchor sequence. Each is linked with MIR4449 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4449-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4449 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA thio-modification grouped by MIR4449-low versus MIR4449-high in READ.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR4449→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR4449) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
