Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4436B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4436B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFS, HOXB1, and ARPC1B. Each is linked with MIR4436B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4436B2-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4436B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EFS grouped by MIR4436B2-low versus MIR4436B2-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR4436B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR4436B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
