Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4421 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,648 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4421-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere capping, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgA isotypes, and Negative regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MIR4421 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4421-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4421 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Telomere capping grouped by MIR4421-low versus MIR4421-high in STAD.
