Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4322 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,440 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4322-associated genes across cancer lineages are S1PR2, ARHGEF17, and ADGRA2. Each is linked with MIR4322 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4322-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4322 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR4322 versus S1PR2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR4322→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR4322) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
