MIR4322

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4322 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,082 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR4322-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of kinase activity, Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition, and Extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with MIR4322 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4322-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4322 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of kinase activity grouped by MIR4322-low versus MIR4322-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR4322→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR4322) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
