Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4307HG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,791 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4307HG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase chromosome alignment, Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with MIR4307HG in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4307HG-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4307HG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Metaphase chromosome alignment grouped by MIR4307HG-low versus MIR4307HG-high in ESCA.
