Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4283-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4283-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFATC2, ZNF835, and WDR44. Each is linked with MIR4283-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4283-1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4283-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFATC2 grouped by MIR4283-1-low versus MIR4283-1-high in HNSC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR4283-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR4283-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
