Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR4282 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR4282 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher MIR4282 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR4282 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.
UVM, SARC, and LAML are the cancer types where MIR4282 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
