Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4263 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,097 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4263-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering involved in exocytosis, Positive regulation of mRNA processing, and Prenylation. Each is linked with MIR4263 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4263-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4263 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vesicle tethering involved in exocytosis grouped by MIR4263-low versus MIR4263-high in STAD.
