Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR4252 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,984 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR4252-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translational initiation, Negative regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, and Response to fungicide. Each is linked with MIR4252 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR4252-to-partner and partner-to-MIR4252 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translational initiation grouped by MIR4252-low versus MIR4252-high in STAD.
