Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR412 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR412 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MIR412 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR412 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where MIR412 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
