Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR411 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR411 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher MIR411 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR411 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where MIR411 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
