Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR3936 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR3936-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, and Translational elongation. Each is linked with MIR3936 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3936-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3936 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by MIR3936-low versus MIR3936-high in UCS.
