Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3913-1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3913-1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MIR3913-1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3913-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, KICH, and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR3913-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
