Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR378E RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR378E data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher MIR378E RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR378E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, DLBC, and READ are the cancer types where MIR378E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
