Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR378C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,401 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR378C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, and Negative regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with MIR378C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR378C-to-partner and partner-to-MIR378C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of response to endoplasmic reticulum stress grouped by MIR378C-low versus MIR378C-high in STAD.
