Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR375 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR375 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher MIR375 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR375 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and UCEC are the cancer types where MIR375 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
