Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR373 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR373 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher MIR373 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR373 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP show a favorable association.
THYM, OV, and PAAD are the cancer types where MIR373 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
